494偏远地区雇主担保签证
2024年7月1日起，持有482，494，457签证更换雇主过渡期单次长达180天，过渡期内可从事非提名职业。
1、 494签证介绍
494签证于2019年11月16日正式取代187签证。494签证面向希望在澳洲偏远地区生活，并为提供担保的雇主工作的职业人才。
494新偏远地区雇主担保签证Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494)，签证有效期为5年。
494签证批准后，在澳洲偏远地区居住和工作3年后满足年薪要求，可以转永居。
2、494签证优势：
- 可在澳大利亚指定区域（除 Sydney, Melbourne 和 Brisbane之外）工作、学习5年
- 可以自由出入澳大利亚
- 申请人持有494签证至少三年，满足要求可申请永居191签证
- 可携带家人赴澳
- 可申请Medicare
3、494签证的申请条件
主申请人要求：
- 不超过45岁
- 必须有3年全职相关工作经验
- 有职业技术评估
- 雅思4个6 或者PTE 50
- 健康，无重大犯罪记录
副申请人要求：
- 年满18周岁的申请人有雅思均分4.5或者支付费用满足英文要求
- 健康，无重大犯罪记录
4、494签证福利
- 签证有效期5年，可在偏远地区工作、学习5年
- 可以自由出入澳大利亚
- 申请人持有494签证3年后可转191 PR
- 可申请Medicare*
5、494签证申请步骤：
494签证申请分为3步：雇主担保资格→职位提名→签证申请
第一步：雇主担保资格 （下文介绍雇主担保资格）
雇主担保资格需要在当地政府Regional Certifying Body (RDA) 审理。该机构会审核公司的财务情况，员工结果以及提名职位的真实性, 从而决定公司是否具备担保资格。
雇主担保资质要求:
- 雇主必须在偏远地区
- 必须是澳洲生意
- 雇主必须有担保资格（如果公司已经是482担保雇主，无需重新递交新申请）
例如昆州分为12个RDA ，管辖不同的地区，例如Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, 或者Cairns的Tropical North, 见地图

第二步：职位提名，要求：
- 必须是全职职位
- 职位必须在偏远地区 （偏远地区定义见下文）
- 必须要打招工广告
- 薪水不低于当地工资水平
