一、签证介绍
186雇主担保永居签证，英文名称：Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186)
该签证适用于有技能的海外人士或者在澳大利亚持临时签证的人士。对工作经验，英文要求高。
这一类型的移民不需要打分，只要申请人符合基本条件就可以了。
申请人在获批此签证后，需要为澳洲雇主工作至少两年。
二、186签证的申请条件：
- 请确定你的职业在MLTSSL列表上；
- 186直接申请类别，年龄在45周岁以内；
- 雅思需要达到4个6
- 有3年以上提名职业相关工作经验；
- 满足职业评估要求；
- 获得符合移民局要求的澳洲雇主提名。
- 身体健康，无犯罪记录

如何用482签证转186拿永居？
需要同时满足下面3点要求：

雅思4个6分，这个没有太多介绍的，就是努力考过！ -
有3年全职工作经验。这部分需要很好的规划和准备，在毕业后合理地利用485和482签证最大化的积累工作经验。注意，这里的经验一定是全职的。但是兼职的经验也可以换做全职经验。 如果合理有效地规划，拿到3年全职经验完全可以实现！ -
有职业评估。所有的职业都需要有职业评估，通过职业评估一般来说需要相关学历和1-3年不等的工作经验。不同职业对于学历和经验要求不同。
例如：
厨师-TRA Job Ready Program的职业评估满足要求
会计，CPA 职业评估满足要求（考过雅思7或者PY）
IT类，ACS 职业评估（需要1年经验或者PY）
其他类，例如Designer, Marketing specialist,(需要本科或以上学历和至少一年相关经验)，VETASSESS评估机构申请。
综上可以看出，3点要求中最关键的是获得3年全职经验。
