澳洲子女移民Child visa (subclass101/802)
澳洲移民方式多样，家庭团聚移民为途径之一，旨在帮助家庭成员及父母长居澳洲，与已成为澳洲公民或居民的亲属团聚。常见分为配偶团聚移民，境内外子女团聚移民，境内外父母移民。子女签证(Child visa)允许澳大利亚公民，永久居民，符合条件的新西兰公民的子女在澳洲长期居住，与父母团聚澳洲。
子女签证包括两类：
- Child visa （subclass 101）境外子女签证
- Child visa （subclass 802）境内子女签证
签证的优势：
被担保的子女要求：
- 你是澳大利亚公民，合格的新西兰公民或澳大利亚永久居民的孩子
- 由父母或父母的配偶或合法同居关系的伴侣担保，并提名住宿和经济支持
- 孩子与父母的关系可以是亲生子女，继子女或领养子女
- 单身,依赖父母。
- 未满18岁；或18至25岁的全日制学生，在经济上依赖父母；或18岁以上因残疾而无法工作
- 通过健康要求和品格要求

- 25% 审理时间: 5个月
- 50% 审理时间: 7个月
- 75% 审理时间: 11个月
- 90% 审理时间: 19个月

- 25% 审理时间: 6个月
- 50% 审理时间: 9个月
- 75% 审理时间: 14个月
- 90% 审理时间: 24个月
