全球人才858签证 | Global Talent Visa申请指南
2020年11月Distinguished Talent visa (杰出人才签证124子类)与858合并（合并后撤销124签证）。2021年2月27日, Distinguished Talent visa（杰出人才签证） 变更为 Global Talent visa （全球人才签证）。
Global Talent visa (subclass 858)，即全球人才858签证适用于有国际认可的特别贡献或杰出成就的海外人才申请的澳洲永居签证。申请人从事的领域包括艺术、体育、学术研究。
*申请时，申请人必须仍然活跃在自己的专业领域，且需要由在澳洲境内的跟申请人同一领域全国范围内知名的个人或者组织为其提供担保。申请人在澳大利亚境内或境外均可递交。
一、全球人才858签证优势：
- 无年龄限制
- 无强制英语限制
- 无投资要求
- 审核周期快
- 一人申请全家即可获永居
- 可以无限期地留在澳大利亚境内
- 允许在澳大利亚工作和学习
- 拥有澳大利亚的医疗保险Medicare
- 可担保父母移民
二、全球人才858签证签证申请途径：
全球人才858签证包括两种签证途径：
- 全球人才（Global Talent）途径
- 杰出人才（Distinguished Talent）途径
①全球人才（Global Talent）途径为符合以下条件的高技能申请人提供优先处理：
- 在指定的领域*内拥有国际公认的卓越和杰出成就记录
- 目前的收入或可能的收入达到公平工作高收入门槛A$175,000（适用于2024-25财年）
申请人需要提交EOI，EOI根据递交顺序进行评估。成功获邀后即可申请858签证。
*指定的领域包括：
- 资源 Resources
- 农业食品和农业科技 Agri-food and AgTech
- 能源 Energy
- 健康产业 Health Industries
- 国防、先进制造业和航天 Defence, Advanced Manufacturing and Space
- 循环经济 Circular Economy
- 数码科技 DigiTech
- 基础设施和旅游 Infrastructure and Tourism
- 金融服务和金融科技 Financial Services and FinTech
- 教育 Education
② 杰出人才途径是为极具才华的申请人提供的，这些申请人在部长指定的专业、体育、艺术或学术和研究领域之外有国际公认的杰出成就记录。这个途径不需要递交EOI。
三、主要申请材料：
- 身份证明文件：护照、申请人及附属申请人曾用名公证件（若有）
- 配偶关系证明文件：结婚证书、如果是同居关系：必须有相关证据表明同居关系的真实性和持续性（例如，联合银行帐户报表，联名帐单或共同拥有的资产房产等）。如果申请人或附加申请人已丧偶，离婚或永久分居，则需要提供死亡证明书，离婚文件，或法定声明分居文件。申请人和附申请人的出生公证
- 无犯罪记录
- 雅思均分4.5 (可以通过支付第二笔签证费豁免英文)
- 国际公认的杰出成就记录
- 现在仍在该领域拥有突出的影响力
- 对澳大利亚其相关领域能做出巨大贡献
- 能够在澳洲获得就业机会，或成立相应领域的机构组织
- 需要由在澳洲境内的跟申请人同一领域在全国范围内知名的个人或者组织为其提供担保
- 如果你年龄小于18岁或超过55岁，必须证明自己能为澳大利亚社会做出杰出贡献
- 满足健康和品格要求
四、申请人条件详解
国际公认的杰出成就
申请人需要展现在某个领域非凡的才能，并有能够提供取得相关成就的记录，对该领域的未来发展也有一定的影响力。获得的成就需要在相关领域受到国际的认可，同时需要被澳大利亚认可，并仍在该领域有突出的影响力。
能对澳大利亚相关领域做出贡献
将对于澳大利亚社会，经济，社会或文化做出贡献，或提高澳大利亚的体育，艺术或学术等在国际上的地位。将有助于整个国家的发展，不仅仅是一个当地社区的发展。
需要由澳洲本地知名人士或机构提名
你必须由一个在澳洲在你领域中享有国家声誉的个人或组织进行提名。提名者必须在整个澳大利亚拥有声誉。
提名者可以是个人或团体，他们必须在澳洲范围内在你研究的领域具有声誉。如果只是在某州或者地区有名是不够的；提名者的身份可以是澳大利亚公民、澳大利亚永久居民、合格的新西兰公民或澳大利亚团体
杰出成就记录：
您必须提供证据，证明您的成就使您在符合条件的领域中名列前茅。证据示例包括：
- 国际体育比赛或赛事成绩
- 因艺术成就而获得的荣誉和赞誉，如学术奖、英国电影学院奖、诺贝尔文学奖
