2024年7月1日起生效的签证新规汇总
新财年7月1日起，雇主担保，父母移民，485工签，500学签将发生重要变化。这里为大家汇总各类签证的要点：
一、雇主担保8107、8607 和 8608 签证条款变更
自 2024 年 7 月 1 日起，签证条件 8107、8607 和 8608 将根据澳大利亚政府的移民战略进行更改。
影响到的签证类型包括：
- 457 签证
- 482雇主担保
- 偏远地区雇主担保494
持有此类签证的人如果停止为担保雇主工作，将有更多时间寻找新的担保人、申请其他签证或安排离开澳大利亚。这些签证持有人最多可获得以下权利：
- 每次 180 天，或
- 整个签证签发期限最多可停留 365 天。
在此期间，签证持有人可以为其他雇主工作。这包括从事担保提名中未列出的职业。这将确保签证持有人在寻找新担保人期间能够养活自己。
除非获得豁免，否则签证持有人不得为其他雇主工作，除非他们已停止为担保雇主工作。签证持有人在为现有担保人工作期间必须继续从事其指定的职业。
如果情况有任何变化，担保人仍必须在 28 天内通知移民局。这包括终止担保或签证持有人辞职。
签证持有人不得从事任何与其指定职业所需的许可或注册不符的工作。这包括他们必须遵守的任何条件或要求。
这些变化适用于现有签证持有人，以及在 2024 年 7 月 1 日或之后获得签证的人。
二、雇主担保TSMIT收入门槛上涨
From 1 July 2024, the TSMIT will increase from $70,000 to $73,150. New nomination applications from this date will need to meet the new TSMIT of $73,150 or the annual market salary rate, whichever is higher.
This change will not affect existing visa holders and nominations lodged before 1 July 2024.
自 2024 年 7 月 1 日起，澳洲雇主担保482，186，494签证的最低收入要求TSMIT（The Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold ） 将从 70,000 澳元增至 73,150 澳元。此日期起，新的提名申请将需要满足新的 TSMIT 73,150 澳元或 年度市场薪资率AMSR（以较高者为准）。
此变化不会影响现有签证持有人和 2024 年 7 月 1 日之前提交的提名。
什么时候需要满足TSMIT收入要求？在申请雇主担保时，担保你的雇主开出的年薪不低于TSMIT以及AMSR就可以。

三、485新政拟于24年7月1日生效

对于在2011年11月5日之前申请而获得第一次学生签证的申请人的限制将不再适用。

硕士（研究）和博士学位（PhD）毕业生申请年龄上调至50岁，与HK及BNO护照申请人一致。
Graduate Work stream将更名为 Post-Vocational Education Work stream。
申请年龄降至35岁或以下(不满36岁)， 签证时长18个月。
HK及BNO护照持有人不受影响，申请年龄仍为50岁以下，签证时长为5年。
Post-Study Work stream将更名为 Post-Higher Education Work stream。
申请年龄降至35岁或以下(不满36岁)。硕士（研究）和博士学位（PhD）毕业生，HK及BNO护照，申请年龄仍为50岁以下。
签证时长：
- 本科Bachel or degree (including honours) – 2年
- 授课型研究生Masters (coursework and extended) – 2年
- 研究型研究生及博士Masters (research) and doctoral degree (PhD) –3年
HK及BNO护照持有人签证时长为5年。

四、485和600签证持有人禁止境内申请500学签
自 2024 年 7 月 1 日起，485毕业生工签、600访客和海员签证持有者将无法在澳大利亚境内申请学生签证。除了现有的无法在澳大利亚境内申请学生签证的签证持有者外，无法在澳大利亚境内申请学生签证的签证持有者的完整名单如下：
- Subclass 485 (Temporary Graduate)
- Subclass 600 (Visitor)
- Subclass 601 (Electronic Travel Authority)
- Subclass 602 (Medical Treatment)
- Subclass 651 (eVisitor)
- Subclass 771 (Transit)
- Subclass 988 (Maritime Crew)
- Subclass 995 (Diplomatic Temporary) – primary visa holders only
- Subclass 403 (Temporary Work) International Relations)) – Domestic Worker (Diplomatic or Consular) stream
- Subclass 426 (Domestic Worker (Temporary) – Diplomatic or Consular)
四、GC/GD课程可以申请485工签
澳洲法条更新——GD、GC课程可以申请485毕业生工作签证。在此之前已有读GD的同学申请到485签证，但是发条中并没有明确GDGC可以申请。这次法条的更新，大家可以放心递交了。
根据《条例》附表2第485.231(1)条款的规定，以下高等教育资格可申请485毕业生工作签证的学位：
(a) 学士学位
(b) 学士荣誉学位
(c) graduate certificate （GC）
(d) graduate diploma （GD）
(e) 硕士学位（research）
(f) 硕士学位（coursework）
(g) 硕士学位（extended）
(h) 博士学位
(i) 博士学位
(j) 更高级的博士学位
五、贡献类父母移民AOS收入要求提高
在贡献类父母移民审理中，AOS经济担保金是非常重要的移民材料之一。2024-25财年经济担保人收入要求公布，新收入要求适用于2024年7月1日之后递交的AOS申请。在2024年7月1日之前递交的AOS申请仍然按照现有费用要求执行。

六、商业创新投资计划（BIIP）
政府正在关闭商业创新和投资（临时）签证（188 类），该签证允许持有人在澳大利亚拥有和管理企业、开展商业和投资活动或从事创业活动。
自 7 月 1 日起，不再向BIIP提供配额 。相反，国家创新签证将于 2024 年底开放。
