2023年7月1日起生效的签证新规汇总
新财年7月1日起，485工签, 500学生， 482雇主担保以及其他签证将发生重大变化。这里为大家汇总各类签证的要点：
一. 482签证
7月1日后最低工资会涨到$70,000，只有年薪超过这个水平签证才能批准。

三.485Graduate Work类
- 这类485签证申请人必须有提名职业，职业在中长期清单上；
- 必须有提名职业的职业评估；
- 澳洲的学历必须跟提名职业相关，疫情期间读diploma business 或者其他非移民专业申请485的时代一去不复返了。
四.485Post Graduate Work (PSW) 类延长
从7月1日起，特定485 持有人有机会获得额外2年485签证。享受该福利的申请人需要完成特定领域的课程，包括：
- Medical and nursing (medical professional, nursing and medical technician)
- Professional health （dentistry, veterinarian）
- Diagnostic （medical imaging, radiologist）
- Allied health (psychologist, recovery therapist, optometrist, pharmacist)
- Teaching
- Engineering
- ICT
- Agriculture (agriculture and food technologist)
福利适用人群：
1.7月1日后第一次作为主申请人申请485 PSW , 可以获得额外2年485。
2.如果现在持有485， 485 replacement 或485 regional的持有人，7月1日后现有的签证会延长2年。
五.恢复学生签证打工限制，增加工作时长
从7月1日后，除了在aged care 行业工作的学生外，其他学生每两周最多工作48小时 （从之前的40增加到48小时）。
取消工作限制的福利政策预计在2023年12月31日暂停。
这里提醒大家的是，Aged care sector 即养老护理行业没有限制一定要做aged care worker。这样理解的话，在养老院从事行政管理，或者会计等工作也可以全职工作。
六.407签证持有人配偶的打工限制
7月1日起，407签证配偶的打工时间限制在每两周40小时。这类人士在疫情期间可以全职工作。
七.体检
7月1日后，除特殊情况外，签证申请体检中的尿检由血检取代。
血检要求只适用于15周岁及以上签证申请人，5-14周岁的签证申请人无需完成血检。
原有的胸透项目要求保持不变，即7月1日后澳洲签证申请人的体检项目主要为胸透和血检。
八. 新西兰公民可直接申请澳洲公民
自2023年7月1日起，居住在澳大利亚的新西兰公民可直接申请澳大利亚公民，无需先申请永居，只要满足四年居住和其他其他资格要求即可。
