1、482签证介绍
澳洲482签证，全称为澳洲临时技术短缺签证（Temporary Skill Shortage visa），它的前身是457雇主担保签证。2018年3月18日457签证被废除，Temporary Skill Shortage visa 正式取代457签证，签证代码 482，简称TSS。
482签证子类别包括短期类别、中期类别、劳工协议类别。签证允许澳洲雇主赞助一名技术熟练的海外工人，来解决澳大利亚劳工市场的紧缺问题。
短期类Short-termstream
中期类Medium-term stream
- 签证允许申请人在澳大利亚工作长达四年；
- 无年龄限制；
- 职业位于中长期职业列表（MLTSSL）或地区职业列表（ROL）；
- 完成相关的职业评估；
- 雅思总分5.0，单科不低于5.0；
- 可续签，为雇主工作2年后可转澳洲雇主担保永居签证。
劳工协议类 Labour Agreement stream：
雇主通过劳工协议从海外引进技工(此类型不适合普通申请人)
482签证签证申请人资格：
- 被合格的雇主提名为熟练职位
- 有合适的技能来完成这项工作
- 符合相关的英语语言要求
482签证申请人英语要求：
申请人需提交三年内有效的英文能力证明。除雅思以为，移民局接受托福、PTE、CAE和OET。符合条件的申请人可豁免英语证明。
482签证符合担保资格的雇主要求：
- 合法营业企业，无虚假及不良记录；
- 提名职业是真实有效的；
- 经过澳大利亚劳动力市场测试；
- 提供的职位在482签证规定的职业清单上；
- 提供给482签证申请人的年薪至少AUD$ 73,150 澳元（适用于2024-25财年）。
担保482签证申请人获得TSS签证，雇主必须支付的培训费用(SAF)：
SAF规定凡是担保457/482签证以及雇主担保永居类186/187签证的雇主需要支付一定的培训贡献费才能满足职位提名的要求。澳大利亚政府建立SAF基金旨在为澳大利亚学徒，培训人员以及其他澳籍员工提供更多的培训机会，增强职业技能。

3、482签证申请步骤
第一步：雇主（澳洲公司）申请雇主担保资格。（雇主需要是合法经营的企业，符合当地的劳工和就业惯例，可以从海外赞助）
第二步：雇主递交职位提名申请（职位是真实的，职位空缺，新设立的职位）
第三步：提名员工的签证申请
