递交PR还是拿到PR才可以申请Medicare？申请Medicare你要知道的都在这里！
什么是Medicare? Medicare 是澳大利亚的医疗保健制度。如果您符合资格要求，Medicare 将帮助您负担一系列医疗服务的费用
申请Medicare需要符合什么资格？
1.澳大利亚永久居民或公民；
2. 新西兰公民；
3. 递交了澳大利亚永居签证（除父母移民签证外）/永久保护签证*；
4. 持有部分临居签证（包括491和494）
*如果你符合上述情况3，你同时必须满足以下两个条件之一（包括配偶签证309/100或820/801类别）：
a. 持有允许工作的签证；
b. 能证明你的父母/配偶/小孩是澳大利亚公民或永久居民，或是居住在澳大利亚的新西兰公民。
你可以在递交永居签证后或入境澳大利亚后（如果在境外递交申请）注册Medicare。
请注意：309/820申请人获得临居签证的日期不一定等同于递交永居签证的日期。
如果你递交了父母签证
1. 递交804或103签证的申请人也不能注册Medicare；
2. 持有173或884临居签证并递交贡献类父母永居签证的申请人可以注册；
3. 获批143或864贡献类父母永居签证的申请人可以注册。
如何在Medicare登记注册
1. 完整填写申请表格Medicare Enrolment Form
（https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/forms/ms004）;
2. 邮寄或电邮表格及所需文件（清单在表格上）：
邮箱地址：mes@servicesaustralia.gov.au
如果您符合申请资格，Medicare 卡将邮寄到您的收件地址。
如果您希望得到一个电子卡，您需要在Express Plus Medicare app上注册，并将您的Medicare账户和myGov 账户联结。
