189签证简介
澳大利亚技术移民是打分制，现行的移民政策规定最低的移民分数是65分。递交EOI (Expression of Interest)申请，获得移民局邀请方可递交189签证申请。
189 独立技术移民签证又称Skilled independent visa，是一步到位的永居签证。面向澳洲境内外技术型人才。
189签证对申请人的学历，英语，年龄等要求较高。
189签证既可以在澳洲境内申请也可以在澳洲境外申请。
189签证持有者还有其随行的副申请（配偶和子女）可以在澳大利亚永久的工作、学习和生活，享受澳大利亚的医疗和社会保障，满足一定的居住条件后可以申请澳大利亚公民，同时可以作为担保人担保其他申请者。
189签证优势：

* 年龄小于45周岁；
* 通过职业评估；
* 职业在熟练职业清单；
* 雅思至少达到四个六（或等同于雅思四个六的成绩）；
* EOI评分至少达到打分65分
