新财年JRP职业评估迎来全新改革
从2023年7月1日新财政年起，Trade Recognition Australia的JRP职业评估将迎来全新改革。PSA与JRP分开作为独立的申请。PSA职业评估360小时工作实习要求移除。
随着新财年485 Graduate Work类别的临时毕业签证重新要求申请人必须要有已递交提名职业的职业评估的证明，TRA的JRP职业评估也将会响应这一政策。
从2023年7月1日起，Provisional Skills Assessment（PSA）将代替原先JRP的第一步Registration and Eligibility（JRPRE）。
为了使JRP职业评估的流程和目的更加清晰明确，7月1日起PSA与JRP分开，作为独立的申请。

The Provisional Skills Assessment (PSA) program will be reinstated from 1 July 2023
What is changing?
The Provisional Skills Assessment (PSA) program will be reinstated from 1 July 2023, replacing the Job Ready Program Registration and Eligibility (JRPRE) program. On this date the PSA program will become separate to the Job Ready Program to make the pathways and purpose of each program clearer. Program guidelines and the online application portal will be updated from 1 July 2023 to reflect the two programs.

What are the main changes to the PSA from 1 July 2023?
All changes come into effect on 1 July 2023.
The most significant changes are:
- Clarifying requirements for ‘decision ready’ applications and qualifications containing Credit Transfers.
- Removing reference to a student visa from the eligibility requirements (being an international student graduate remains a key requirement).
- Removal of the requirement for applicants to submit evidence of 360 hours employment ‘exposure’ or vocational placement.
- Introduction of an expiry limitation for a PSA as a pre-requisite for the JRP (3 years from the date of PSA issue).
通过PSA评估，你将有资格申请485 Graduate Work签证。完成PSA也表明你有资格申请正式的JRP职业评估，可用于技术移民申请。
注意：申请人需在收到PSA结果后的三年内申请JRP职业评估，否则需要重新从PSA开始做。
此次改革仅限于在2023年7月1日之后递交的新JRP申请。
PSA申请要求：
- 在技术移民职业清单的提名职业（TRA为指定评估机构）
- 已完成与提名职业相关的澳大利亚学历（完成信、成绩单、学位证书）
- 有效护照的信息页及护照大小照片
- 若改过名字，需提供相关证明
PSA申请费用：130 澳元
JRP申请费用：
Job Ready Employment $490
Job Ready Workplace Assessment* $2,845
Subsequent Job Ready Workplace Assessment (if required) $2,845
Job Ready Final Assessment $75

Trade Recognition Australia (TRA)，又称澳大利亚职业技术认证中心，是专门评估在澳大利亚或者海外申请人所获技工技能的评估机构。其评估结果可以用于澳大利亚的签证申请。大部分技工类职位如大厨，厨师，西点师，电气工程技师等都由Trade Recognition Australia (TRA)来评估。
