州担保配额抢先看，西澳、南澳、塔州成为赢家；学签费用上涨125%！立法确认GD/GC课程可申485
新财年各州具体的州担保配额数成为大家关注焦点。《澳洲金融评论报》独家披露了新财年的州担保配额情况，与此同时，7月1日起澳洲签证费调整；最新立法确认给就读幼教GD课程的同学带来利好。
一 州担保配额抢先看
《澳洲金融评论报》率先披露了新财年的州担保配额情况。本财年预计将增加近1万多个配额数，总配额将由16,700个增加至26,000个！仅昆州的配额减少，其他州或领地均有不同程度的增加。
西澳、南澳和塔州将成为大赢家。因为塔斯马尼亚、澳大利亚首都领地和北领地在上个财年配额少，仅吸引了不到1%的技术人才。联邦政府希望解决永久技术工人分布不均的问题。
西澳：
州担保配额总数从2350个增长至5000个。
西澳7月1日已经在网站上官宣，与联邦政府成功签署协议，本财年将获得5000个州担保配额和5000个WA DAMA雇主担保项目配额。西澳州州长罗杰·库克称赞了政府的举措，表示这是对矿业大州相比全国其他地区处于独特位置的认可。
南澳：
SA将获得额外的1900个签证。
塔州：
将获得额外的1500个签证。
北领地：
从650增加至1200个。
堪培拉：
从1200增加至1800个。
昆州：
州担保190预计将从900个减少至600个；
州担保491预计将从650个减少至600个。
《澳洲金融评论报》提到，昆士兰州州长史蒂文·迈尔斯支持联邦反对党领袖彼得·达顿提出的削减移民以缓解当前的住房压力。而削减移民数量的决定与此有关。
新州与维州：
报道中并未提及新州和维州的配额变化，根据增加的总配额进行推算，新州预计会增加1365个，维州预计会增加1085个，2450个。

二 新财年签证费用上涨
澳凯整理常见的签证类别新财年费用。学签增长幅度最大，达到125%，从710增加至1600到（4.85汇率来计算，7755.88员）。无预警的学签费用上涨，可能是为了预防在财年末的出现申请激增，是联邦政府降低净移民数量的一种手段。目前，澳大利亚学签费用已跃升至世界TOP1，新西兰签证费用为$345，美国学生签证费用为$285，加拿大学签$170，英国学签为$950。另外，AFP上涨至56澳币，AAT上诉费用涨至1121澳币。

Graduate Certificate（GC）和Graduate Diploma（GD）的学历，都可以申请485工签，大家可以放心递交。
