485签证改革7月1日执行！年龄要求降至35岁
澳大利亚移民战略中宣布对485毕业生签证进行改革。新政将于 2024 年 7 月 1 日起生效，但须待立法修正案获得通过。
- 485申请语言成绩有效期改为1年。
- 英语要求达到雅思6.5 ，单项不低于 5.5 或同等语言水平。点击了解：同等水平英语成绩具体要求
- HK和BNO护照持有人语言要求不变，仍为雅思6分单项不低于5分 或同等语言水平。
一、Graduate Work 类别
4 HK及BNO护照持有人不受影响，申请年龄仍为50岁以下，签证时长为5年
二、 Post-Study Work类别
1. Post-Study Work stream 将更名为 Post-Higher Education Work stream.
2. 申请年龄降至35岁或以下
3. 特定专业毕业生额外两年工签政策将停止。
4. 签证时长：
本科Bachel or degree (including honours) – 2年
- 授课型研究生Masters (coursework and extended) – 2年
- 研究型研究生及博士Masters (research) and doctoral degree (PhD) –3年
5. HK及BNO不受影响，申请年龄仍为50岁以下，签证时长为5年。
6. 根据《澳大利亚印第安人经济合作与贸易协定》(AI-ECTA) 的规定，印度国民的签证时长仍为：
- 学士学位（包括荣誉学位）——最长 2 年
- 学士学位（STEM 领域一等荣誉，包括 ICT）——最长 3 年
- 硕士（课程、扩展和研究）——最长 3 年
- 博士学位 (PhD) – 最长 4 年
三、Second Post-Study Work 类别
四、Replacement 类别
疫情期间的485替代签The Replacement stream将于7月1日关闭。
